Prospective bidders registering at a THA Nationwide auction are required to provide a current drivers licence to verify identification. The name, address, licence number and contact telephone number is required by the company prior to issuing a bidders number.

Use and Disclosure

If you are a successful purchaser, the information gathered is retained by the company as a computer record and required by legislation to be entered into the Police Book as a record of purchase and to be forwarded to the relevant motor transport authority. If you are unsuccessful your details will not be retained as a computer record.

Your details will not be disclosed to a third party without your written consent unless required by law.
